CONNECT
Deep within every human being is a longing for connection. We want to know and be known by others. The rapid expansion of online social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others highlights this truth. But many psychologists are beginning to identify the insufficiency of such tools, which give a sense of community and seem to fill the void, but like all such substitutes, they’re not enough.
We want more than just the appearance of a connection, we want genuine relationship. Only in and through Jesus is oneness truly possible. He came to reconnect us to God and one another.
At Highland, we not only believe that authentic connection is possible, but we live it out in many different ways.
Men's Ministry
Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers, but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. Psalm 1:1-2
Highland's men's ministry exists to
Call, Equip, Encourage, and Challenge men in Christ.
We host a monthly fellowship and breakfast every third Saturday starting at 8:30 am.

The purpose of our Women's Ministry at Highland is to Engage, Encourage, Edify, and Equip women in their relationship with Jesus.
We want to grow our faith and demonstrate His love and grace through our lives and influence.
We pursue deeper, Christ-centered relationships with each other through prayer meetings, fellowships and mentoring.

Student Ministry
“Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 1 Timothy 4:12
Our focus is that our students find in Jesus both hope and identity. We study God’s word together with the aim to promote spiritual growth personally, along with reaching others for Jesus.
Our Students (6th through 12th grade) meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm.
For all Student events, please see our calendar.
6th through 12th grade Sundaymorning bible study begins at 9 am in Youth Room
Children's Ministry
“Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them;
for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 19:14
At Highland, we are devoted to partnering with parents to make disciples which is why we are dedicated to helping Kids Discover God.
Our children, Preschool through 6th grade develop a biblical foundation in age-appropriate Bible teachings. Our program sequentially builds a strong biblical based foundation in hopes of spiritual conversion and to encourage spiritual growth.
